Q - What are your hours of operation?

March through December:
Mon - Fri 9:30am-7pm
Saturday 9:30am-6pm

Q - What is your return policy?

All unused purchases returned in original condition may be returned for store credit. All store credits are valid for one year after the date of issue. We do not give refunds or credit card credits without prior authorization.

Q - Do you have any locations outside of Memphis?

No. However, we are a member of the largest buying group in the golf industry, Golf Headquarters. There are member stores all across the country, and most stores will honor each other's gift certificates. Please see store for a complete list of participating locations. We also send out periodic catalogs to our mailing list under the name Golf Headquarters. If you are interested in receiving our catalog, please contact us. Q - Do you take trade-ins?

Yes, we encourage trade-ins. We use the industry standard for trade-in values, PGA.com. These values are determined as an average of all recent Ebay transactions for a particular product. You may visit www.pga.com and click on the value guide to determine the value of your trade-in. Please note that these values are updated frequently. We also offer the Callaway Trade In Trade Up program on Callaway purchases. We do offer a limited consignment program in certain cases, as well. Please see store for details.

Q - What do you charge for custom fitting or launch monitor fitting?

If you make a purchase with us based on your fitting, then there is no effective charge. We will charge for a fitting on the front end and then apply that amount to your purchase at the time of payment. We employ the best custom fitters in the region, and we consider their time and expert advice to be quite valuable. Therefore, we feel it is only fair to charge for that highly skilled service should you choose to make a purchase elsewhere.

Q - Can I try clubs before I buy them?

Yes. We have an extensive inventory of demo equipment available for off-site trial. We require a credit card hold on whatever product you try, and we release that hold when you return the club. Demos are available for two days at a time. Please note that we use 6 irons only as iron demos. In most cases, we do not have entire demo sets.

Q - Do you ever run any sales?

Yes, we have a storewide sale three times a year in April, July, and December, but we price our inventory at competitive prices year round. We do not inflate our prices only so we can mark them "on sale" as some retailers do. Often times as items are discontinued, we are able to offer aggressive clearance discounts.

Q - Do you offer tournament discounts?

Yes. There is simply no better place to supply your tournament needs. We carry the largest inventory in the Mid-South, so whether you are purchasing products or gift certificates, Double Eagle Golf will help make your tournament a success. Q - Do you offer golf lessons?

We do not give actual lessons on site, but sound advice is free. Some swing analysis is necessary as part of the fitting process, though. For the best instruction in the Mid South, we recommend PGA teaching professional, Will Taylor of WAT Golf Instruction. His golf school is located at Stonebridge Golf Club.
